The Assistant Dean of Career Development is the College of Law’s senior leader for student and alumni career development, employer relations, professional identity formation, and employment outcomes. The Assistant Dean designs and executes a comprehensive, data-informed career strategy that prepares OU Law students and graduates for meaningful legal and law related employment.

The Assistant Dean of Admissions is the College of Law’s senior admissions and enrollment leader. The Assistant Dean designs and executes a comprehensive, data informed admissions strategy that attracts, admits, yields, and enrolls outstanding students who will thrive at OU Law and contribute to the legal profession, the State of Oklahoma, and the broader public good.

Reporting to the Associate Dean for Enrollment Management and Assistant Dean for Enrollment Management, the Associate Director or Director works closely with the entire enrollment team and the current and prospective student populations, serves as a public representative of Hofstra Law School to chief constituents throughout the country and assists in managing the admissions process.

The Assistant Director for Admissions Operations plays an important role within the Law School’s Admissions Team by processing all the incoming applications for the various J.D. programs from their submission to either decision or matriculation, monitoring and providing periodic reports on departmental budget and financial transactions, supporting on-campus recruiting and yield events, and processing travel expense reimbursements for many admitted applicants attending ASD.
