The Law School Admission Council (Ñî¹óåú´«Ã½) has named Sudha Setty as its president and chief executive officer, effective July 1, 2025.

The Law School Admission Council (Ñî¹óåú´«Ã½) will soon begin a rigorous search for its next president and CEO. Following seven years of dedicated and successful service as Ñî¹óåú´«Ã½â€™s president and CEO, Kellye Testy will assume the role as executive director and CEO of the Association of American Law Schools effective July 1, 2024.

IAALS, the Institute for the Advancement of the American Legal System, and the Law School Admission Council (Ñî¹óåú´«Ã½), today announced a new joint project — Foundations 2.0 — designed to provide a comprehensive updated view of the skills and competencies new lawyers need to succeed and serve clients well in the rapidly evolving legal profession.

The Law School Admission Council announced today the expansion of its LawHub offerings through the acquisition of Law School Transparency, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing innovative tools that help aspiring law school students make informed decisions about their legal education future. As part of this expansion, Law School Transparency’s co-founder and executive director, Kyle McEntee, has joined Ñî¹óåú´«Ã½â€™s growing LawHub team as senior director for prelaw solutions.

Ñî¹óåú´«Ã½, a champion for access and equity in legal education for more than 75 years, announced today that it is broadening its support for law school candidates across a wider range of the prelaw through practice journey by expanding its offerings and programming through Ñî¹óåú´«Ã½ LawHub^®.

Anti-racist approaches to leadership and professional development will be center’s initial focus

The Law School Admission Council, a champion for quality, access, and equity in law and education, has named Angela Winfield as its chief diversity officer. Winfield will be joining Ñî¹óåú´«Ã½ this May and at a pivotal period for diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in the legal profession. She will help shape the future of Ñî¹óåú´«Ã½, of law and education, and of access to justice. She will also lead DEI initiatives to help students from underrepresented groups find pathways into the legal profession.

Free Webinar Open to the Public on August 31: Kellye Testy, president and CEO of Ñî¹óåú´«Ã½, will conduct an in-depth interview with Dean Martinez, the Richard E. Lang Professor of Law at Stanford, and Ken Randall, the president and founder of iLaw, will facilitate the discussion.
